Letter of Invitation Request for Visa Application 

 

The World Congress provides an official letter of invitation to participate in its Continuing Medical Education (CME) program this summer. Although it is not required for the visa application to obtain a letter of invitation, it can assist as a supporting document. Please note that this letter does not guarantee admittance into the United States, and all invitees must plan to attend at their own expense. Travelers outside of the United States should contact the appropriate government authorities to obtain any required travel and visa documents.

Fill out the form below. Please make sure the letter of invitation is issued to the name as it appears on your passport. Allow 1-2 business days to process your request and receive your letter of invitation.
