Residents/Fellows get 50% off standard registration based off the pricing tiers below:
Early Bird: $450 (until 6/14/26) | Discounted: $550 (until 9/17/26)
Regular: $650 (until 12/2/26) | Onsite: $750 (until 12/5/26)

Special Rates for Medical Students, Fellows, and Residents:
To benefit from the special rate, medical students, fellows, and residents are required to submit a certification letter from their school/program along with a valid ID via email to info@tmioa.com
Medical students are eligible for full reimbursement of their initial ($100) deposit upon attending the conference in person. Failure to attend in person forfeits the reimbursement but provides access to on-demand content on our virtual platform.
Cancellation Policy – Please Read Carefully
We understand that plans can change.
To make things clear, here’s how our cancellation and refund policy works:
✅ If you purchased your ticket on or before November 4, 2026:
You can receive a full refund if we receive your written cancellation request
within 30 days of your purchase date.
Your request must include proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt).
If you cancel after 30 days from your purchase, a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted
from your original payment, giving you a partial refund.
Or you can also choose to transfer your credit to a future conference.
✅ If you purchased your ticket after November 4, 2026:
You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.
After that 48-hour window, no refunds will be issued.
However, you may transfer your credit to a future conference.
