Registration Fee Tiers
Early Bird: $450 (until June 14, 2026)
Discounted: $550 (until September 17, 2026)
Regular: $650 (until December 1, 2026)
Onsite: $750 (December 2 –5, 2026)
Registration Fee Includes: CME Credits, Course Materials, Workshops, meals, refreshment Breaks, and Welcome Reception access to on-demand platform and app for 90 days after the conference.
Medical Students / Fellows & Residents
Medical Students: FREE registration with a $100 refundable security-of-attendance deposit.
Failure to attend, forfeits the refund, on-demand access remains.
Fellows and residents who register without submitting an abstract will receive a 25% registration discount.
• Fellows and residents with accepted abstracts will receive a 50% registration discount.
To receive your registration code, email a certification letter from your school or training program
and a valid ID to info@tmioa.com.

ON-DEMAND REGISTRATION
Register
Virtual access to recorded sessions and syllabus materials for 90 days.
No in-person access
Note: Available sessions will depend on speakers' consent for release of their presentation materials.
ONE DAY REGISTRATION
Grants in-person access to one full day of sessions.
No on-demand access.
Early Bird: $175 (until 6/14/26) | Discounted: $225 (until 9/17/26)
Regular: $275 (until 12/2/26) | Onsite: $325 (until 12/5/26)
Cancellation Policy
A $75 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received between
September 2, 2026, and November 2, 2026.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 2, 2026.
