Registration terms and conditions:
- All participants must be vaccinated to attend this event on-site.
​- Medical Students, Fellows, and Residents must email us a copy of a verification letter from their school/organization to receive an access code for registration at their specific price.
- Medical students will receive a full refund of their deposit upon attending the event's first day.

Cancellation policy:
- A full refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received within 30 days of purchase. Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
- After 30 days of purchase, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations.
- After October 15th, 2023, there will be NO REFUNDS. Only transfer credits will be offered.
